The digital delivery ticket is signed via the telematics unit used in the vehicle or via the Simma App on a mobile device. The Simma App offers construction site workers the advantage of being able to process and sign delivery tickets all at once e.g. in the evening, away from the busy schedule of the construction site.
Another option of the Simma App: order processing. Foremen can enter their orders or change existing orders from any mobile device or from a PC/laptop. As soon as the dispatch department then has processed and planned the order, the corresponding confirmation is sent via the Simma App. There is no waiting time on the phone for the orderer, the dispatch department is relieved by a reduction of phone calls and this procedure ensures clear communication between the construction site and the supplier.
