It is a huge step from paper delivery tickets to the digital processing of delivery tickets
This means, the delivery ticket is available digitally with all information on the telematics device (smartphone, tablet etc.) of the vehicle. At the construction site, driver and customer have the opportunity to make necessary additions (e.g. remarks) and sign the delivery ticket. The customer then receives the delivery ticket by e-mail and/or downloads the delivery ticket via our smartphone app or on the PC via web portal. The signature can also be made afterwards via the smartphone app or on the PC via web portal - which is a decisive advantage, especially in times of Covid-19 and corresponding contact restrictions and safety regulations.
The step from paper delivery tickets to electronic delivery ticket processing without any paper is huge, but many of our customers have already adapted their processes, because the advantages are obvious:
→ Customers can sign delivery tickets on their PC or via the app on their
smartphone
→ The delivery ticket is immediately sent to the customer after signature
and is also available for download on PC or smartphone
→ Less post-processing of the delivery tickets (all information which is
needed for invoicing, is already available after the signature)
→ Scanning of paper delivery tickets is no longer necessary
